DUI Professional
The
introductory screen of DUI Professional lays
out all the steps in an easy to
understand wizard format.
The
client or subject name and case number can be
entered so that it will
print out on the Pharmacology Report.
DUI
Professional includes a comprehensive database
on well-known drinks. It also features a user-configurable
database to add new drink types and
concentrations.
DUI
Professional permits the user to enter in the time
that drinking started
and stopped. Typically, this
is the best information available since
most defendants
do not take detailed notes on the time each drink was
consumed.
Body
weight is critical so it is provided as a
completely separate step in the
process.
Alcohol
is distributed differently in men than in women.
Stomach
contents affect the rate at which alcohol is absorbed.
This can be
critical for defense issues such as the "absorptive phase
defense."
A
detailed onscreen report is available showing the
rise and fall of blood
alcohol level over time.
The DUI Professional interface makes it easy
to change
variables for alternative fact patterns.

detailed Pharmacology Report may be previewed
and printed detailing the
methodology, results and
even the error range for each calculation.
